This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were big and spacious, making me feel comfortable at the end of each day, although not having a microwave was a downside. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with sightseeing suggestions, although the delay in replacing the printer was a little disappointing. The location, just off the interstate in Lexington VA, offered a beautiful view of nearby mountains from the front facing rooms. The dining experience was better than expected, with a large variety of options but could have been more flavorful. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvements.
